We met Napoleon quite by accident, and what a happy accident it turned out to be! As very particular buyers, with specific needs, wants, and limited desired locations, we knew from the jump that were a daunting task for him to undertake. But his perseverance was unmatched, as he worked for nearly three years, taking our calls when we 'discovered' something, offering suggestions - and always arriving with a smile. Somewhere in the process he stopped being our agent, and just became a friend - a friend with the knowledge and skills we sorely needed.
